Quotes & Pricing
All pricing displayed on this website is in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Where services are listed as "from" a particular price, final pricing will depend on the scope of work and will be discussed with you before any work begins.
Written quotes are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.
Payment
Payment terms will be outlined before work begins.
For some services, payment may be required upfront. Larger projects may be invoiced in stages.
Work will generally commence once any agreed payment has been received.
Cancellation & Paused Projects
If you need to cancel or pause a project, please let me know as soon as possible.
Work completed up to the date of cancellation or pause may still be invoiced.
If a project is paused for an extended period without communication, The Salty Gypsy Studio reserves the right to close the project and schedule any future work as a new booking.
Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide only.
While every effort will be made to meet agreed timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to workload, client response times or circumstances outside my control.
If this happens, I'll keep you informed.
Client Responsibilities
To help deliver the best possible outcome, clients agree to provide accurate information, requested content and timely feedback where required.
Delays in providing information may impact project timelines.
Revisions
Most services include reasonable revisions where appropriate.
Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees, which will always be discussed beforehand.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
You retain ownership of any content you provide.
The Salty Gypsy Studio retains ownership of its original templates, processes, frameworks and intellectual property used in delivering services.
Once final payment has been received, completed work created specifically for your business becomes yours to use, unless otherwise agreed.
Confidentiality
Any information shared with The Salty Gypsy Studio during our work together will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with your permission.
AI-Assisted Services
The Salty Gypsy Studio may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist with tasks such as brainstorming, research, content drafting, editing and workflow efficiency.
AI is used as a supporting tool only.
All content, recommendations and deliverables are reviewed, refined and tailored by The Salty Gypsy Studio to ensure they align with your business, brand, goals and audience.
Clients engage The Salty Gypsy Studio for professional expertise, strategic thinking and personalized service. AI does not replace the human insight, judgement and experience that underpin every project.
